I don't know why this reminded me of this video, but since we're taking shots at unreasonable wives

If my wallet could talk it would be screaming at me and I'd be grounded.

You should post these in the Family Friendly Jokes thread. Too funny!

Re: IF WALLETS COULD TALK....
You ask this at an unusual time... my wallet just got FATTER cause I actually SOLD four Spydies recently.
I try to slim down my "collection" from time to time, cause all of mine are and shall be real users, and I just can´t use each one enough if I have too many. Plus generally I just don´t like to have too many "things" (ok, a Spyderco somehow is more than a "thing", but then somehow still just that )
Still always hard to part with knives I have really enjoyed.
So right now it´s ME who is crying and for once not my wallet...

Yikes, knives aren’t even one of my more expensive hobbies.

My wife doesn’t judge my knife hobby because the things she likes to buy are just as expensive.ImHereForTheMilitary2 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 5:02 amI don't know why this reminded me of this video, but since we're taking shots at unreasonable wives

My wallet says nothing inflammatory as it knows I’m carrying a knife…

Re: IF WALLETS COULD TALK....
I guess my collection could be broken down in categories of steels, or locks, or design languages.Traditional.Sharpening wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 12:12 pmWhat would yours say about your Spyderco habit/obsession??
My wallet is motivated by new-to-me steels, new or very well executed locks, and simply designs with nice curves, flow.
I might be too invested in all things Spyderco to have a particular "thing" that unites them all
In the collection : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Mine would ask "What are you thinking?!"
And I would reply " I didn't have a knife in that steel yet, duuuh!"
