This is one of my special places. The nearest paved road is miles away. Great pickerel fishing too.

Damage effects in very back of yard . I thought I was in a C S Lewis movie waiting for one of the characters to appear . This is just one side . Two day clean up with chainsaw , burning and stacking logs . The bad and ugly . MG2Re: landscape photos!

your panos reminded me of a fun place i visited here in virginia. the story is there used to be a small theme park with busts of presidents. when the park eventually closed, the giant busts were moved to a small piece of land and left in a muddy field. it was a creepy and amazing thing to see.

That is wild. There is definitely a message there intentional or not. i also agree about there being a message. maybe a few different messages.
also, if you look down the row on the right of the picture, you can see the back of a head that is almost completely missing. it's lincoln's bust. the back of it was knocked out while moving. i thought it was pretty ironic.
as a photographer and lover of history and odd things, it was the perfect excursion for me.

Oh wow, you can see that on Lincoln's head. They do look large. This will be a good spot for me. On the rare occasions that I'm not at work landscape photography (usually specifically waterfalls) is what I do.
