The FRN on these definitely looks more Burgundy than their traditional red scales. But, I know red is incredibly hard to photograph. I thought this on some of their other exclusives, and it turn out red. What do y’all think?

I think they can make it so FRN takes exactly the right color ^^ So it should be ver close if not the same as other FRN scaled Nick's exclusives.

I'd go for a sage lw from St. Nicks 100 percent. But I'm not a giant fan of the para 3 lw.

Not sure exactly what change you're referring to. It's never been a fire engine red like the trainer models. The red G10 models have been pretty consistent. I have several and they're all the same. The FRN models vary a little. The SNK Native 5 LW was brighter than some other red FRN we've seen. Otherwise it's all been more of a burgundy color. Also, you can't go by the marketing photos. Often, the actual color is different. We'll see what this one looks like but I expect it to be the same color as the red DLT M390 Para 3 LW

Looks like the Para 3 ship has finally sailed...or at least for the LW model. Complaints seem to be piling up on the model in general lately.

What? Are you referring to this drop? If so, they said there was 1600 made. They were at 500 left a few minutes ago. 1100 units sold in 2 hours seems like a success to me.
Your comment about complaints piling up is the typical internet thing these days. Kind of like the ol' S30V is chippy thing. I have 3 LWs. Soon to be 4. No complaints here

They’ve sold over 1100 of them in a little over 2 hours, this model is clearly still a hot seller. Also, I wouldn’t say complaints are “piling up” either. There have been some reports of issues but nothing out of the ordinary. For the most part it’s been a well received model, at least from what I’ve seen.
I’m certainly a big fan of the model and I was tempted by this one but it’s not a model I feel the need to collect. Decided to save my pennies for the St. Nicks Jester exclusive.
