Since the K390 endura family would be regular production, should we expect black frn handles, or is their a designated color for frn for K390?

Reveal 4 has the K390 ladybug in a steel blue colour, so that will most likely be what they are

I'd be in for a Wharnie K390 Delica for sure, I love my S30v version.

Still chapped that I never picked one of those up while they were available. Bright orange scales and wharnie blades were just meant for each other

I really like the blaze orange scales too. Better than the burnt orange.

Hi JMM,

The current model of the Warncliffe Delica was requested, promoted and was the driving force behind our making of a Warncliffe Delica was created by Jazz. He presented rational argument for the effectiveness of such a model in his work. We made a prototype for him to test. He approved of the prototype so we made it part of the regular line.

We are currently planning a run of the Endura family in K390. I'm pretty sure the Warnie Delica is part of the run. I'll push for it.

What fantastic news. Count me in for two of each. I've become a huge fan of the Wharnie Delica. Like HUGE. And to have it in more advanced steels would just be spectacular.

I actually really love the burnt orange. It pops a bit without being too obnoxious. To each his own I suppose. How about something like a dulled red? Not the red of the trainers but a dulled version...sort of like how the burnt orange is a dulled version of the regular orange.

Why not? ... and it’s more than cardboard you cut with a wharncliffe.

I meant that as an excited reaction!

I should give it a shot, I've used sheepsfoot traditional blades a lot - I do worry about rounding off the very pointy tip while sharpening, though

Sorry, bro. :o I do slightly round my work knife’s tip, but that’s because I steel it a lot. But, it still penetrates like nothing, so it’s just cosmetic.
