I actually prefer the Byrd Raven 2 over both Tenaciuos and Polestar. If you're not into finger choils, go for the Polestar I'd say.

I've also had 1 of each and both were good in the detent department. Can also say that they both came apart and went back together with no trouble. Awesome knives.

I kept the Alcyone, sold the Polestar because I liked the Alcyone better

They're still around although my son really likes them. Think he has them more often then not.
