A sprint run Military in 10V sounds amazing!

I would love to have a mule team in 10v.

A Chapparal would be mighty nice in 10V imo.

Have you seen how big the K2 is? That is where all the 10v went! :)

Seems like non-stainless steels are having a resurgence in interest lately. Mostly the Steel Junky's I think. I guess if we can narrow down to one model, we can do a sprint?

Hi Sal,

Maybe a PM2 or Military?

I would lean towards the Military, but I am bias. :D

Would be nice to keep the G10 scales though, maybe a Blue/Black G10 Blend?

For 10V, the sprint ought to be beefy, no? How about a sprint of the new Manix2 Backlock?

I like this idea. Otherwise I am in for a Military or a ManixXL.

I'm in on any of these three... Personally, I think it best suits the Manix XL, but I'd think it would be more universally received in the beefy backlock...

Or the Manix2 XL, of course.

And I doubt any Millie owner would say no to 10V.

I don't have a Millie for want of the tip option. HEY, WAIT A MINUTE!

Sal, how about sprinting a 10V Millie and put helicoils in the butt end, as you've done the Manix2 Backlock?

I really do want a Millie...

I'm with Jim, the Military would be my first choice for a 10V Sprint. Wouldn't mind seeing a Native5 in 10V either.

The first sprint run for the Para 3 could be really awesome with this steel.

A 10V Millie would be outstanding, I would definitely be in for one.

If there is a not a mule in the works, I would likely get a Manix XL sprint. For me, keeping the costs low would be important, so G10 and nothing too fancy.

I think it goes against the underlying philosophy of the Chaparral though.

I just wish the "change the handles for different iterations" knife had been a different one. I love the Chaparral so much and I wish it was part of the design philosophy to give it sprint run steels .

If I had to choose based on my personal preference itd have to be the military. I'd hope that it'd get a special disclaimer about the width behind the edge being thinner than normal and not meant for abuse. Like say .012" or less.

The pattada would also be good to showcase some steels like Vanadis 6 or 10. I think Vanadis 10 would beat 10V all other things being equal.

Or let's step it up a notch to 15V and start bringing out the big guns. Bow River? South Fork?
