Looks just like my legit one. Never heard of it being faked. What makes you think it's fake? Just the negative feedback from buyers saying they got fakes from that seller? Did they specifically mention getting a fake manix 2?

I'm actually comparing it to my Manix2 in the same positions as the pics u posted. I don't see any differences that would say its a fake.

I have most of the manix sprints and as far as I can tell your pics looks good. I think it's a pretty hard knife to fake with the tolerances spyderco holds and all the features on it like the cbbl, jimping all over the place etc. plus a fake prob would not get the heat treat right or even bother to really use s30v so you'd probably figure it out when it loses its edge quickly.
I've also bought from that seller 2 or 3 times with no problem.
