That first one by your wife......did you have a baby in the house at the time she came up with it?

No, we were just contemplating an impending, unwanted change at work, and she was "paraphrasing" the famous quote from Churchill :)

Change can be beneficial or harmful. Many times it's a mixture of both, and even the most beneficial changes can be inconvenient or even downright painful to accomplish, especially computer related ones.
