I've got mine in the top dresser drawer, but need to figure out another place as it's rapidly filling up.

This is not exactly storage, but work fine for me: shadowboxes. Most of my knives there. The picture is little old and couple knives are gone and some added.

EDC are in the pants pockets, whatever are not carried in that day are on the counter. Few spares and doubles are inside desk.

I've been struggling to find a solution that works for me. My collection has grown way too fast, and storage has become a real problem. I like to have easy access to my Spydies, so I don't want to shove them away in the safe, or hide them all in their boxes. Right now, I have a few large Spyderpacs, but they can be kind of cumbersome (and the velcro is loud at night when trying to visit my Spydie friends without waking others). But, they are good for compact storage for items I don't use that often.

Most of my favorites are in my home office, tucked into desk drawers, all over my desk surfaces, tucked into cabinets and closet drawers. I've been searching for just the right bag, or case, with dozens of soft little pockets. Or a foam case large enough to fit large quantities of knives. If I come across a good solution, I'll be sure to post it.

I'm glad you appreciate the idea. Montepulciano is my favourite wine: I have a colleague native of the Abbruzzi so my basement is always full. I don't have any red Spyderco, but I have associate this wine to the Manix 95, the Manix stronger. I only use Italian wine because I only drink Italian wine (sorry French cousins :-) ). Tomorrow I will do the photo, so you'll see my collection. Then will post the knives one by one in the picture gallery section. Thanks again!

My first post here. Really cool storage pictures; I'm also looking for a storage option. I'm active military and move a lot so I can't lose mobility. Thinking the spyderco sleeves would be the best option for me.

A Peli case like jon1all could be a good option: waterproff, shockproff, you can move it without car and you can secure the opening with a padlock.

Montepulciano is my wife's favorite. I do not think that I will be able to convince her to carry C95. :D She carries purple Ladybug :) . When you post pictures of your knives, do not forget wine association. :)

Yes it´s from ikea! It´s always possible to add a cabinet to completed your wall display.

Other than a few knives on my sharpening bench and about a dozen EDC knives in a dresser drawer I keep most my knives in their box on shelves in a large gun safe. I have a large and small Spyderpac for knives without boxes as well as taco cases and Sack-Ups. I have a antique wood collector/tool box that I picked up at an estate sale that needs a little work, but I was planning on using it for knives.

I too live in VA, just across the HRBT from you. For the same reasons as you, I move every 2-3 years. I started with a Spyderpac, thinking I'd never fill it. Now I have 3!

I like the Spyderpacs because they are slim and can slide under seats, or in-between or on top of boxes while moving. I don't let the TMO movers take them. They ride with me in my car and the Spyderpacs take up the least amount of moving real estate. I've almost purchased a Pelican case on numerous occasions, but for space reasons, again I've stuck with the Spyderpac.

Oh a side note, have you found a good Spyderco retailer on your side of the bridge? The only one I've found is in Richmond and I haven't been there yet.

I'm leaning towards Spyderpac I want to be able to store them without having to have them sitting on display all the time because being the age I am, it can be a little weird to have this giant thing with sharp things in my room all the time. + if I'm going to my lake house for the weekend, I want to be able to just grab it and go.

I received the large spyderpac for Christmas and it is great. I can take it with me and I have room to grow my collection. It is very well made.

Exact same setup and works good for EDC swaps.

When my collection still fit inside one, I used a Spyderpac. It worked great. I even hung one next to my clothes, the perfect accessory for getting dressed well in the morning ;-)
Nowadays, with two little girls roaming around, everything is under lock and key in small cabinets and one display case.

I use large Spyderpacs for most of my stuff and display cases for what i like to show-off. Every few months i'll rotate what is in the display cases just to keep it fresh and fun. Spyderpacs are great though. Very compact way of holding 30 knives and keeping them safe.
