Updated to add a shot of the spine and to compare it to a Lil Matriarch, see OP.

This Enuff series is great. Fantastic looking knives that I bet you could easily make wood, G10, or Micarta scales for. Love 'em. Can't decide between a Leaf of a Clip Point version.

Thanks for the pics and thoughts! :spyder:

I would imagine that a window break could be added since the stock is thick enough. Or maybe a special "firefighter" edition could be made.

Inside the Enuff.

i am going to guess that the blade is as thick as the jumpmaster. on that knife i just grinded out a slot in the back. Put a window break in it added epoxy and put the scales back on right away.

It's thicker than the Jumpmaster. 3mm on the Jumpmaster, 4mm on the Enuff.

Wonder why 4mm thick? Seems overkill for such a small blade. I have the same issue with my ESEE Izula; I wish the blade were thinner. It's too thick for a 3" or shorter blade.

I'll say. 2mm would be my choice. Then again, I don't pay for warrantee returns.

Can anyone compare the Enuff and Street Beat?

Funny your request for a glass break stuck on the rear end of the knife. I've always found that an effective glass breaker on the rear of a knife that wasn't protected, always raked my hand. Any of you regularly carrying a knife with a glass breaker on the rear? and how do you carry it?

The BM Triage, designed as a rescue knife, has a carbide glass breaker at the rear.

The Fantoni Razionale, a Chris Reeve-Bill Harsey design limited run from 2010, has a breaker as the rear end of its blade. It's 13C26 steel and protrudes from the knife front only when the blade is closed. (It disappears into the open-pillar handle when the blade is open.)

I've not had occasion to break a window. Even wearing gloves, I think you'd risk injury with either design. Of course, in an emergency, I'd probably give it a try, assuming I didn't have a rock at hand.

I'm awaiting my leaf blade. I'm gonna like it. I'd love the H1 in plain edge, please... no, not to mod it to wharncliffe  . I just like PE better, and would use it on my kayaking PFD.

- best wishes, Jazz.
