Is this my blade?

It says G2 on the blade, mine says GIN-1 does that make it another model? This one says Pro-Venator, on the Spyderco list they call it a C-13 Pro-Grip. Confusing!

The G2 model is the older model. The model on ebay is called the spur which is a smaller model. The name was changed to pro-grip fro pro-venator.
The model you linked to is your knife.

During it's lifespan the SS/Kraton Pro-Grip went through three different names. At first Spyderco called it the Pro-Hunter, since it was a fancier version of the older, C03 Hunter. Another company claimed the rights to that name, so Spyderco changed it to Pro-Venator, Venator being Latin for hunter. There weren't enough Latin students around to "get it", so they changed it again to Pro-Grip.
As for value, I'd say $175 would be ridiculously high for a plain edged one in dead mint NIB condition with a box to match.

Thanks for mthe info! I agree that would be a lot of money!
I rec'd the part from Christy in CO already! She even sent 3 new screws and some Loctite! Great people at Spyderco!
