It is an evil profit... for eBay. Those heartless SOB's. 30 bucks, they should be ashamed.

I've never sold on eBay and at a 15% cut of what I sell that's a joke. I will stick to selling and buying on blade forums. You have to be fast and lucky but I'm not down with 15% and pay palls cut!

Seems like nothing yet, I am however getting a bit itchy for this one at this stage. Last production knife I really want.

It shouldn't be too much longer.

Going by the previous Para 2 sprint run releases, they have kept to the schedule on the Exclusives page.
My favorite Spyderco knives include: Caly 3.5, Chaparral, Delica 4 FFG, Stretch, Para-Military 2, Endura 4 FFG, Manix 2 & Manix 2 XL!

Sal wrote on a thread about when the 204P Mule would be released that each new steel has its learning curve. In context, that would indicate a delay for both 204P releases.

add-> Here's the quote:
Still sorting out issues with the steel. Any time we work with a brand new steel, there is a learning curve.

Patiently waiting for this... and the brown Para 2... and the Yojimbo 2...

I just hope something gets shipped to me soon. It's been way too long since I've gotten a new Spydie in the mail. :(

Spyderco has chosen a path the demands high R&D combined with low margins. I don't know how they do it but if it means some schedule delays, that's fine with me.

Heck, we're more than halfway through July already, August will be here before we know it! Won't hurt my wallet to have a little breather before they get here, as much $$ as I've spent this month. My credit card is almost melted! I need more time to actually *use* the knives I have now :) not to mention a ZT 0560 on the way.

I'm fine with the wait. I could use the time to get money in order and I understand that things go on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

It could be worse. I love my Striders, but trying to find THE model you want is almost impossible and when you find it you better buy it whether you have the money or not. They are also tight lipped about restocks and special runs. They just hit the market and are gone, sometimes, literally in minutes. Maybe to return and maybe not...you never know.
