well im not going to take pm or anything i just wanted to honestly see if anyone else liked it. But i see how it could be viewed as me trying to sell something. Im sorry i was just looking for feedback on my design . Since its designed for spyderco i figured this would be the place to get the best feedback.

Not a bad idea, but it stops people from using the hole as an opener. I like that it is simple to use.

There was a guy on here that just bent a piece of metal around the top of the hole. It accomplished the same and left the hole to be used.

Yeah i understand the hole will be covered but with the opener design you dont use the hole. pluss its easily removable with a chicago screw for time when its inappropriate to have such deployment.

Would this interest anyone? Btw ive called and talked to spyderco and got their permission to try this before i even made one as a form of respect. Anyway if this seems exciting enough ill post a bunch of pictures and advertising pdf's i made to explain in detail what I've made. As well as pictures of the final product by itself and on a few different knivez
I don't think there is a problem in showing something like this on the forum.

But . . . by starting out with this incredibly cheesy sales pitch you set off everyones' BS detectors. Next time don't try to build excitement, just show the pictures and explain it.

Please excuse me, but my question in for Valhallakings. I am interested in your work on the wave attachment. Really hope I don't offend anyone, but I was wondering if you could make one for a Cold steel recon 1? This wave feature basically doesn't exist and if it does it is hiding really well on the internet. Thank you for your consideration.

I did. I don't really mess with that anymore. I started making knives and sold the idea to someone.

Just saw a lady knife collector was just arrested with her boyfriend in Texas, glad to see it wasn't you :)

Now that may have made 'Waves' on the forum...

I for one like the design a lot. What are any potential weaknesses in it, as far as wear and tear go?

I had some wear. No real weakness. The wear was significantly less than an Emerson.
