I hope so. At $175 I'd definitely try to buy at least 2.

Agree, the S90v had a MSRP of about $320 and was sold in the $225 range.
So I would think this one will be about the same. $100 below MSRP.
My guess.........

I think a lot will depend on who does the heat treating and what hardness they end up running them....

Yeah there is a HUGE difference in the HT process between 59-60 and 61-62 so if they run them hard they could cost more.

Only time will tell.

Count me in either way.
I have used several knifes in M390 over the past year or so and really like it.
By a Co. that always runs a lesser HT than Spyderco no matter what steel.
So to me, its a no brainer. :D

I hope I can get one of these special Millies. I would also like to see Spyderco release a matching Para 2 sprint, themselves next year, i.e., not as a dealer or distributor exclusive.
Peter - My :spyder:'s:
Caly~3.5 (VG-10 & S. Blue); Para2~(20CP~M390~S30v); Military~(M390~S30v); Endura & Delica~4~FFG; Native~(S30v); Caly~Jr.~(ZDP); Manix~2~(M4); Ladybug~3~(VG-10. SE); Mules~(M390).

That is fantastic news, thank you- I missed out on the s90v, paid a premium on the M4, but this is what I have been waiting for, held off on plenty of millies awaiting the inevitable, after you lads brought up the discussion a while back.

Do you know if will have a Reeve Intergral Lock? or is that to much to dream for after peel ply CF?

Thanks for the updates and the testing, love my mule, so this will be just peachy.

Cheers,
Guy

Yes, Para2 with M390 and/or Para2 with XHP. :spyder:

If its run at the higher hardness with peel ply cf and a ti integral lock with the ss insert, I would have no problem shelling out 300 to 350 bucks for it. Lower hardness,cf with a liner I would expect around 200 to 250
