I do not understand the advice many here have given about keeping the knife in your pocket and keep it concealed, and you should be okay. Why have the knife at all? By definition, once the knife is used it is no longer concealed. Any time the knife is used, you run the risk of being seen by a officer or being reported by a "concerned" citizen.
My suggestion is to follow all the laws and how they are interpreted by the police and government.
I do not wish harm on anyone, but one of these days, one of the elites with be in a car accident and stuck in their seatbelt. There will not be anyone to cut them loose. That would be too bad.
