First of all, thanks to all for the welcomes! RYCEN, I don't think I could ever place a usable, knife in a case. Currently, I have approx 25-30 different "usable" knives, and my philosophy is simple: A knife is a tool. A tool belongs in a toolbox where it can be found and used if that is the tool for the job. A glass case is for antiques which, although might still function as the intended tool, are worth far more if kept in that condition and only viewed and enjoyed. (Actually, I just enjoy my knives too much to place in a case, even though I should put some of them into a case now and again.) Here are some photos of the poor 'ol Delica. She has served me well, and I intend on having her repaired if possible and put back into service. :D
Why aren't my photos showing? Does anyone understand or have experienced this issue themselves? Please help. You can click on where one should be and it redirects you to the photo. I'm a noob on here, so I am really confused I guess. Lol. If anyone has the answer to this issue, feel free to pvt msg. Thanks spydie fans!

I got my first Spyderco from the Spyderco Store on Golden Road almost next door to Manny and Bo's. "Lost" it at Meyer's Hardware and replaced it with a much less expensive Delica from the new (larger) Spyderco Store across the street from Manny and Bo's. Still using it as my EDC and it continues to work with no flaws. Has been good for all purposes, including cutting industrial conveyor belts at the local brewery where I worked. Not sure what year I bought it. I notice my blade is a little different than those pictured. Just ordered a new Delica with the K390 blade. Being 78, I doubt I'll last long enough to outlast it. Glad Spyderco is still around and seems to be doing well.
