..........look under Spyderco and you'll see Jumpmaster listed there, click on that and off you go. If you email them they'll tell you the Full costs including Transport and you can pay via Paypal or whatever.

Wow, you had a busy week at the mailbox. Nice haul for a week. I would be so tempted to take that Jumpmaster to the belt sander to Wharnie it a bit more.

Great minds think alike! That's just what I was thinking - that would be a seriously nice Wharnie. It would have to be in PE - why only in Japan?? I want one, but am not ordering overseas for a Spyderco. It is an awesome-looking knife as it is and I see the reason for that tip... I'm just a Wharnoholic :D

Its feels light to me.
About the same as the Temp fixed blade.

Thanks... that knife is really very nice looking

Here's the G-Clip Jumpmaster sheath, It's a bit more snug than the Temperance but same design.Works great on my side, very solid and secure, not dragging at all.

From what I understand, the Japanese consumers prefer PE to SE. For this reason, the Civilian, Harpy, and probably a few others, are available in PE over there.

Dredging up an old topic but I was wondering if the Jumpmaster is tension fit in its sheath or is there a release mechanism? Nobody seems to stock these around here for me to play with. I'd like to use this as a dive knife and need it to be very secure. Thanks for any insight.

I recently ordered a G-Clip directly from Spyderco for my Jumpmaster SE sheath and it allows secure belt carry. Definitely worth a few dollars. And that PE version...very tempting!

I have a Boltaron sheath for my Jumpmaster made by SheathPro that works well. (SheathPro@AOL.com).

I think the Jumpmaster had commercial fishing applications too. It's very common for herring seiners to lose a boat to a large catch that suddenly start diving further into the water. Crew quickly attempt to cut the nets free but often are too late.

Having a Jumpmaster or two mounted to the house would be my first addition.
