For non-waved, go white Delica. It looks great, and if you don't like it for some reason, it has a much higher "trade value" than anormal colored delica.

My EDC, and one of my al time favorites, is the delica wave SE. It works wonders on boxes, duct tape, clampacks.

Personally it is hard to decide when you got so many to choose from - but I carry one of my Natives more than anything else & if not one of them it is a Hawk,,,different but still feels good and will get the job done ! Course my opinion only.

Within your parameters, I would definitely say Delica or Tenacious. Any of the Delicas you mentioned would be great EDC's (I often have either a waved CE D4 or my G-10 D4 on me and carried a SS PE D2 for many, many years). If you want something a bit beefier and like FFG blades, you really cannot go wrong with a Tenacious. I bought one in SE just out of curiosity and to have as a fully serrated beater and have been pleasantly surprised by it. It has proven to be durable, comfortable to use, easy to put a razor edge on and overall, just a great knife at ANY price, much more so for the $30 I paid for mine! It goes in my pocket on the weekends for the nasty, sweaty, dirty yard work. It also works nicely on kitchen duty (after a good cleaning from the yard work!).
I prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.

I finally got around to it:

Sorry to get a bit off topic but where did you get a Tenacious in SE? I didnt think Spyderco made it in a non-PE varient...

Picked it up on eBay from Classic Cutlery, I think it was. The Tenacious comes in PE, CE and full SE (like mine). Again, just a great knife. I also forgot to mention how much I like the open back as well, especially for the kind of dirty work I do with mine. :D

The tenacious looks pretty sick and I don't doubt that its high quality, I'll look into it a bit more. As of now though I'm thinking either Delica SS, Delica Wave (REALLY cant decide whether I like the look of the blade or not - I tie-wrapped my native just for fun to see if I liked the wave opening and its pretty finicky with the tie wrap although I assume it would be way more consistent with a real waved knife) or Harpy - You guys kinda convinced me on the merit of the Harpy - It looks badass but I'm not sure if a more conventionally shaped blade would serve me better...

And thank you for the pics THG!
