If fixed knives are allowed:
1. Fehrman's First Strike, 7 1/2 inch CPM 3V blade,
2. Victorinox Swiss Champ - no 'blade play', much better than others
3. MagLite AA LED version

I have to point out that many are picking a folder with about the same blade as the multi tool.Every survival expert I have ever seen talk about what you need says a chopping tool is a must have.
Think about run time on the light too,many are picking lights that will only last 1 hour.
Just some thoughts.

Mind you, my choice of chopping tool for camping is my 8lbs splitting maul, but that doesn't exactly count in this question.
5lbs axe, mora, and an oil lamp will always out-last new technology.
