I also bought the :spyder: Glock tool .. but I already had the Glock. :)

You don't need the tool to field strip it for cleaning. Unless there's a huge problem and you mis-treat :eek: the Glock, you'll probably never need to use the tool. I've had my Glock for 20 years (and carried it on duty/undercover) for 10 of those. Have never went further than field stripping to clean/oil it.

Having said that, I still couldn't resist getting the tool.
