Welcome to the forum Christopher.

I suppose it I had to narrow it down to just one it would probably be either the Military CE, or the Endura 3/4 CE. Fine point for intricate work, and a long blade for everything else. The combo edge gives me versatility.

That said, I see no reason to limit myself to just one knife. I tried that for many years and found that I couldn't find a single knife that satisfied all my requirements. Seemed I was always looking for something that would suite me better, when in the end it was a combination of knives that met my needs.
