As far as an updated Para concerns I wouldn't wait for it. I think it will be available Winter 2007, Fall 2007 at earliest. The current Para is good as it is, the perfect knife for me. In the Paramilitary refinement thread I had several proposals for refinements, but now my view has changed.

Ok I can see what some people are saying about the blade tang when closed. Had someone say they rounded the edge of the tang because when closed it formed a sharp corner.

There isnt much to refine the Para on...at best an ambidextrous 4 way low rider clip...it's already S30V and G10...that can't be improved and if you beef up the design, you tread into Manix territory. If you make the handle smaller, ergos are hurt.
