Oh great another reason to get the UKPK.....just what I needed... :D

I do find it to be attractive - although being a "Stater" I may waite for the locking version. ;)

I used my Manix last week to trim the fat off of a uncooked steak and then used it to eat with. It worked better than my kitchen knives.

Personally, I just buy a great piece of meat to begin with and cut it with a regular dinner knife (snif, snif). ;) ;)
