Quite a few times over the years, television crews have come into the prison where I work. The Discovery Channel sent crews in a couple of times. And one episode of the Randall Cunningham Show was filmed inside. Other networks have also come in over the years.

If you've ever watched a prison documentary on the History Channel or the Discovery Channel, then you've seen me on televison. For whatever reason, I'm in a film clip that lasts about seven seconds, and they seem to use that one in every prison documentary that I've seen so far since the early 1990's. I'm in a few other clips, too, that come on occasionally. It's weird seeing myself on television.

The Randall Cunningham Show saw the cameras in the prison for about a week straight, and they got a ton of footage inside our prison. I recognize every inmate on it, and all the staff. I videotaped it when it was on, so I have that (I must be freakin' NUTS to want that!).

Yeah I watch any prison documentary I can. Not sure why, must be that morbib fascination people have with watching messed up stuff. They should make all high school kids watch that stuff, might straighten out one or two for the better. I'm surprised any of you guys care to watch those shows about the world you have work in. The assualts, shivs, and that lovely little attack known as "gassing" , you guys stay safe and stay sane.

I once toured the retired prison in Montana. A lot of interesting history in those old prisons. Of course, they made the prisoners build the walls etc. Then you will stop in a spot and a sign will say the first prisoner was hung for execution on this spot. Kinda weird to know a person died right in that spot. Then you see all the cell made weapons... and the old cement soled shoes that they made prisoners who were a run risk wear! Last but not least is the huge blast scar on the main tower from a military howitzer. They used it to stop a prison riot that became a prisoner take over back in the 1960s. Wild stuff.

I know what you mean about spots where people died. I can walk through our prison and point to all kinds of spots where people were killed.

On the door where I worked for years, a captain was murdered by an insane inmate who was armed with a baseball bat. The captain's skull was smashed flat and...well, it was gross.l

The pictures of the three officers who were killed in our prison are on the wall by the Front Gate for us to see every morning as we come in.

Well y'all don't call it **** for nothing. I'm sure a lot of paramedics, emts, firemen, and police officers in Anywhere, Planet Earth know many of those spots...in very graphic details.

Well I really have no where to go with this so I'll stop now...watch your 360 or whatever it is you guys say to each other.
