Hi PJ. It's not a big ordeal...or it is. To us, such a problem still needs to be addressed. So I guess you could say it's important (big ordeal). However, rather than get into a debate of who was right or wrong is not as important as solving the problem (pobody's nerfect). The BBB will require that we try to do that anyway.
