For me ....
First and last, ... an old 60's Queen Steel with bone handles ... large dual blades .. no lock .. My Dad somehow came up with it and gave it to me in 5th grade. I still can't believe he let me have it... It took guts. It's still my number 1.

Hey Daywalker. For me its:
-Spydie Q (Got me hooked on knives)
-Spydie Para-mili (best knife I've ever seen/owned to literally do it all)
-Kershaw Chive (a quality built engineering miracle, too bad the steels are kinda crappy)

Fixed blade hunters my dad made in a plow factory in Norway. We had several around the house when I was a boy.
Victorinox Swiss Army -- any. Again, ubiquitous growing up and seemingly omnipotent.
Then, light years later, Kyocera ceramic. I had never seen any kitchen cuttlery before that could cut so efficiently.

RJ Martin Rampage fixed blade, best ergos on a knife I have ever felt, sharpest S30V I have seen :)
TOPS Tracker, or better yet the original Beck WSK!
Spyderco Kiwi and Dodo, both blew me away in utility and ergos :)
