They are going extremely fast, some dealers reporting only getting 10. Not sure if more will follow but I don’t see why this drop would be any smaller than the rest of the 15v drops.

I was on the patio eating pistachios and looking at my iPad. You got me so excited that I had to run inside to my desk, so I could shop more quickly with multiple browser windows open. Alas, I didn't come across any of these knives for sale. But you can bet I'll be checking frequently, until I can place an order. Thx for the heads-up.

bhphotovideo.com is allowing pre-orders. I just put one in. I hope you can too! One per order BTW.

Hoping I find one today since I will be hiking all tomorrow and can’t check. On the good side it sounds like in a few more weeks the main drop will happen.

Same here. I'll be out this morning until the afternoon, and tomorrow from before sunup. I'll betcha some of the stores hold off as to not interfere with their Fourth of July sales. These Sprint Drops are a golden opportunity to practice patience and to fight covetousness. Darn. The life of a knife collector is fraught with challenges.

Any knowledge as to when the Native 5 15V lightweight will be released?

We generally don't do the "when" until we're ready to deliver. If we give a date and some glitch changes the schedule, the disappointment is challenging.

So when the item has been through QC and we're ready to ship, we get them out.
