Who cares? I just ordered the Knife Works Exclusive Manix 2 Gray G-10 in 52100 DLC coated

Seriously, I was going to get the Blade HQ PM2 DLC in M4 but blinked. Oh well. This Manix 2 works for me.

The 52100 Manix is super sweet! One of the nicest Spydies for the money IMO. 52100 is a really nice steel too. Really takes a keen edge and has high edge stability.

Thanks - the DCL coating sealed the deal for me. 52100 will form a patina if you stare at it too long.

I have several knives in uncoated M4 as well as 52100. My frequently carried Mille in 52100 was given a forced patina with vinegar and seems to resists rusting with EDC type tasks and carry but then again I'm not a super sweaty guy and New Mexico is dry as a bone. Coastal folks may have a different experience. I'm Curious to see how the DLC'd M4 works out.
I have two of the BladeHQ version en route as we speak.

When I ordered mine it was in stock and 50 minutes after it was out of stock yet.... they did not complete my order. I did everything by the book and called someone from the help desk and ask him to help me complete my purchase since I am from Europe and he said that my order is registered and everything is ok and they will take care of it but...nothing. I did the same in the past and everything went smooth. When I checked my account this morning, my order was erased. I am so frustrated ! Once again it proves that for us europeans it’s almost impossible to get an exclusive I am so sorry that I lost this one ! All I have to say is...shame on you BHQ :o

This Manix 2 works for me.

I am an M4 fanatic, but I have to say -- that Manix 2 you describe is the most spectacular knife I have from Spyderco.
I wish this PM with M4 had the same color scheme (gray G10 with black liners and hardware).
So you can definitely console yourself with that Manix -- I was using mine today.
I really like how nicely 52100 sharpens for me also.

looks like 14 rows, not 28. i think you are counting the shipping boxes they are in as rows. so half that is 1,960, plus another few hundred above, minus a few that employees probably bought = 2,400. that is my guess anyways! :)

600 , 1200 or 2400 is for sprints this was not a sprint it was a exclusive which are ordered in 1000s
