Since this was created by forum requests is there anyway it can be offered to us first so we have a chance of getting it?. I know the 2009 forum knife was bought up so fast by dealers then sold for triple the cost we would of gotten it for. I would sure hate to miss out on this knife the way it happened with the forum knife.
Makes perfect sense! I sure would be upset to miss one of these as well.

There are many more. Do a search for 'hawkbill ladybug', goes back a few years.

I've been waiting patiently for a while for one
Coffee before Conciousness
Why do people worry more if you argue with your voices than if you just talk with them? What about if you lose those arguements?

Ladybugs are great little cutters. With almost 2" of blade they are almost on par with most of the LBK's. The difference of course is the diminutive little handle.

I think with a little hook it will cut like a significantly larger knife. The perfect coin pocket knife to go with something bigger =)

I think this little knife will revival the Cricket. I would imagine it would sell better then the Cricket being cheaper, FRN handle, and being a true Hawkbill. I am looking forward to this knife, and hope it will be around long enough for me to get several. Hopefully we will get a lot of colors, I would love to see it in FG.

I know... I'm just trying to be patient and rambling on... :o

I just have to say that when you put a lanyard on a Ladybug, it extends the handle, so to speak, and makes it easier to open, close, and use - so I don't know if I mentioned it, but I can't wait for this little cutter. ;)

I might have missed it, but I was surprised to find one of those really excellent Edge-U-Cation inserts in the box on this one. Nice touch - thanks, Spyderfolks! :spyder:

they all come with edge-u-cation from sfo right? i have had many with and many without. i guess it depends on where you get it right? like get it new from sfo and you definitely get it vs get it from ebay, kc, cs and maybe you do and maybe you dont. that is what happened to me...
also ANYONE EVER READ THE EDGEUCATION FOR THE CIVILIAN? TAKES ALOT OF CLASS TO DO THAT. A COMPANY REALLY CARES ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF THEM AND THE PURPOSE OF A KNIFE, WHY ITS MADE AND WHAT YOU SHOULD DO WITH IT. its my favorite insert ever sal.... spyderco... a class act!

I put more pics in the "Show your latest purchase" thread, if anyone cares to take a gander. :D
