A couple of weeks ago.
Yesterday. Winter is here!
Wow that Maxamet really stains fast! I really like that. It looks worn, with a nice patina

Bout to start some food prep with my Pacific Salt SE.
Camping out tonight with an excessive amount of cutlery. Or just the right amount? :D

Mobile kitchen cutlery!
Pardon the dirty blades.
I love both of these knives dearly.
Might do an Opinel mini-collection.

This is my girl's pic and I'm posting it on her behalf. She was making dinner tonight and wanted to cut up a pineapple for dessert. Before she got started she commented "now I need a really good knife for this". I said "hold that thought"! And went to get the K11P and K04P that I was keeping for when she made Christmas dinner. She has a couple K04S and a K05P but nothing as nice as the K11. She loves it! I wasn't sure how she'd like the smooth handle but while she was using it she commented on how comfortable it is. Now I might have to look around to see if I can find a deal on a K12P. :)

I need to invest in a couple solid kitchen knives. I sharpened a couple hand me downs from my parents a few weeks ago in anticipation of Thanksgiving. My wife wasn't impressed. Looking for something with a 6-9" blade range I'm guessing? Any suggestions?? I've never looked into the kitchen knives.

The K04 (6") & K05 (4") are really good and a great value. We have some with serrated edges and some that are plain edge. We've been very happy with them. Although, she might be spoiled now that I gave her the K011. It made me happy after she started using it and she said "wow, I've never owned a knife this nice". She actually took that pic to post on Facebook.
