I'm still waiting for my shipping notice. But that's not very important. Once they send it on it's way to you you'll get an email or text from the courier. What worries me is that my payment is still pending in my banking app.

I did get an order confirmation email 3mins after they went live.

Give them time. I believe there's only a handful of people taking care of prepping and sending the orders and with the covid restrictions it's even more time consuming. I'm sure most of us if not all will get them mules. Fingers crossed.

I got my notice on Saturday.
Make sure to check your spam/ junk mail folders. I’ve had several invoices and shipment notices go there on the past.

I have the feeling that the problem is with the bank. My payment is still pending and from from seller's point of view I haven't paid yet. So it's not that they are busy and not sending a shipping notice. It's just the bank preventing you to get your mule. Just random thought early in the morning.

I have just called my card company and the problem is with Spyderco, they haven't requested the funds yet. The funds have been authorised for payment from my end.
No reply to my "contact us" message yet either.

I'm in the same boat as many others. I'm also based outside the US, with payment "pending" and no shipping notification as yet, but I'm assuming that the payment will pull through just before / when it ships?

I'm from the US and got the notice from Spyderco. Early this morning I received the notice from the shipper, UPS in this case, that it is in the system.
From experience, our postal service (USPS) has been very poor on notifications and status updates.
