BHQ Para Series with DLC M4 /Jade

I think part of the reason they aren't selling out as fast is because they've completely flooded the market with Jade G-10 knives lately. Eventually, Jade fatigue is bound to set in, right? Combine that with the PM2 being a currently available model with lots of handle/steel options (and surely many more to come) and probably a pretty large supply of this variant.

The Lum, on the other hand, had a lot of pent up demand because it's been discontinued for a while, so if you wanted a new Lum Tanto, the Jade exclusive was the only option and was likely the only option in the immediate future. So it was get that one or miss out for who know how long before another Lum Tanto sees the light of day.

Maybe they just did a really large run to try to make more money and slow down the eBay secondary sellers?

Did BHQ ever give any indication how large of a run it was? Is it possible to get larger than 1200 pieces for exclusives?

if they purposefully did that, they receive huge props in my book. I think that they ordered a large run of them knowing that it's an M4 PM2. The'll sell all of them sooner or later.

I also think as well that this whole jade thing is getting old. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with them coming out with all these exclusives, I think it's awesome. But they seem to announce a new one every couple months, and that might be affecting how rare people think these are. But if Blade HQ makes money on them, which it seems like they do, then all the power too them. I see absolutely nothing wrong with bringing us more options, and they aren't really price gouging either which is also kudos to them.

For sure. Huge props to then for bringing this one out and in such a quantity that it last more than 5 minutes. They will all sell out no problem. I have ZERO jade fatigue and I have all of the Golden CO ones they have released. I passed on the Lum and plan on passing on the next Chinese Lum, but Ill be all over any and every Golden CO model in Jade/M4, Satin and DLC. Give me a Native, lil Native, and Shaman, and redo the Military in DLC. Para 3 as well please.

For Japan models I'd love a Jade G10 Dragonfly, Caly 3, Worker, and Delica. I think black H1 in these would be SWEET! I'd buy multiples of those for sure!

The nice thing about jade, being such a light color, is that it takes Rit dye really well, so you can always dye it another color for a couple bucks.

That's true. I'm tempted to swap it though with my camo pm2. The DLC blade will look sick with the camo scales.
