I recently to a behavioral style test for work and it confirmed what I already knew- I suck at details and organization. Which is ok because a) I excel at communicating and b) I am willing to accept and work on my deficiencies. I only bring this up to say WHY I value your thread so much each year. It is both organized and detailed!
