Marianne, I dont get a message. I just keep getting redirected back to the registration page. As if I misspelled the "mixed up letter thing". I attempted a dozen times and even had my teenage daughter try, just to make sure dad wasnt losing it.

I am having the same problem, just times out after I hit the register button or goes back to the page you were just on with a new "mixed up letter thing" I am curious if anyone is not having problems. I am going to try different we browsers to see if that changes anything.

I had no issues ordering a pair of Swick handles Monday. I set up my account first with Halpern and then proceeded to put them in the shopping cart and pay for them. Already received a shipping notification for them even. Halpern is on the ball so far with my order, I am very sorry to hear that others like yourselves are having issues with them. Definitely worth giving them a call and placing an order by phone. The only issue with that of course today is that we have been (once again!!) dumped on with a major snowstorm today. Here on Long Island, things are pretty much shut down on my end of the island (eastern side opposite from NYC) and I imagine the same is true for the Boston area and most of MA. Good luck!

Hi Don
If you went through your teenage daughter, then I know we have a problem. Do you have any 5 year olds around?

There have been 4 instances of this problem and I am trying to see if my designer has a solution.

It's like when your car makes a noise, except when the mechanic listens.

You can use the website for the items available, order directly through me and pay through paypal after I send a sales receipt. It's more cumbersome, but it won't hold up your order.
This is our first secure site with a shopping cart. I hate those funky letters too, but it's all part of the security.

Thanks Marianne,

tried to place an order yesterday but internationl (Canada) shipping rates aren't supplied and this hangs up the whole order. Will try again today, the last set of scales from you are just about perfection.

Unfortunately, we haven't set up shipping outside US to pay online.
You can use the web site to make your choices and forward to mules@halperntitanium.com.
We'll make you a sales receipt (20.00 shipping and handling to Canada) and you can pay with Paypal- sales@halperntitanium.com

Thanks for your persistence. The response to handles has been over the top!
We are trying to keep up the best we can.

Eric told me that it isn't too hard to set up an account if you have a problem- so far about 5 or 6.

If you have a time logging in, please email me and Eric will take care of it directly. Please give it a good try- I pay this guy by the hour!!

I have taken more orders in 3 days than our previous best MONTH in 4 years. Soooo, we are working to get orders out as fast as possible.

If you have already ordered by noon today (EST) your mules should ship by Saturday.
Thanks for all the multiple item orders too. Enjoying the rush of orders, but the rest of my business calls me for most of my day.

I am loving lots of email names- I am sure there are lots of good stories behind some of them.

Thanks again,
Marianne Halpern

Scales arrived today.... much faster than expected. Thank you Halpern Ti & Marianne. BTW, what is the nail file for with the swick scales? Fine tuning?
The slim Micarta options look terrific and the rough texture ranger Green is super grippy! Pics to follow.

Hi Landon
Les thought some of you might want to sand off some G10 around the tip by the hole. An emory board should do the trick OR Valentine's Day is coming.

Marianne, I received mine yesterday and just finished putting them on three of my naked mules. Love the new Micarta ones but, my favorite is the Dymondwood. I put them on my Damascus Mule and they look awesome. Is there any chance of getting the Dymondwood in other colors? I looked the product up on the web and there are a lot of color combinations. I will be placing another order real soon and plan to get every color eventually. Thank you for your companies continued support!

Billy, I'd love to see pictures of the ones you got. The Halpern Ti site has such small pictures it's hard to make out the patterns in the materials.

Billy Blade (real name is____..)

Every color!!!! Yes, we make gun grips in Cocobolo Dymondwood and Heritage Brown (like walnut) Dymondwood.
We tried wood and green Micarat to get the reaction- well it's been terrific
Some time in March we will add the other two colors we stock in Dymondwood and anything else we might be able to come up with!
Kyle has been my right hand man, picking, oiling, adding hardware and boxing for me.
We are caught up on all orders placed through Thursday. All Fri-Tuesday orders should get out by Wed.
Please let me know of any problems so we we can take care of you right away.
Marianne
