I have noticed that the pictures shown in this thread are quite exceptional. I applaud the thread and the Photographic skill. We are all fortunate to have a lot of talent here. Would anyone here object if I put all or most of the pictures here all in one place and did something with them, like maybe print them?

Sounds like a great idea. I’ve been active for a while now but I did not start this wonderful thread. But we all, I’m sure would love to help. Just let us know what you come up with.sal wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 12:48 amThose involved in starting and maintaining the thread would have to work with Spyderco crew to make it happen. I think that some type of credit for the photographer with each photo would be nice? A Pamphlet of 10 years of photos from a forum photo contest could be an accomplishment for those involved?
I'm very impressed with the Thread and I haven't even seen every photo.

I have no problem with Spyderco using any I have posted in this thread. In the past I gave Taz permission to use shots in my personal thread . Thank you Sal . MG2 ( Dan )sal wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2025 11:42 pmHi All,

I've enjoyed going through this thread and looking at the photos but this one was really cool because I recognized the location right away. We used to take our GSDs there pretty often but the older one is gone now and the younger one seems older and less agile since he's been gone. Maybe she'd like to do it again sometime soon for old time's sake to remember her buddy and, when we do, I'll have my new Chaparral CF in my pocket.
Cool idea @sal just let us know how we can helpsal wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 12:48 amThose involved in starting and maintaining the thread would have to work with Spyderco crew to make it happen. The forum member who started this thread @Johnnie1801 has not been active since 2019. There has also never really been any one member maintaining the thread, it has been a shared effort over the years. The dedication to keep this thread active is commendable and even though I don't enter as much as I used I still really like to check out the results each week.
Nick I have always enjoyed your entries! Hope to see more buddy . DanMushroom wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 9:13 amOne difficulty would be gathering the photos from the early years in the thread. You've been putting up some awesome captures yourself, really keeping this forum going regularly on a lot of the threads. I like a lot of your knife selection, inspires me to dig out some of my old buried models.Manixguy@1994 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2025 11:32 amNick I have always enjoyed your entries!
