I've ordered from Bento 4 or 5 times. Never had a problem.

Just pre-ordered the Military 2 from Indiana Knives, to give them a try.

They are on preorder at Indiana per his listing. I used this process to grab a knife from them previously and it was perfect. Good shop to deal with for sure. Just fyi.

Looks like Bento Box Shop has the same preorder, with an estimated shipping day of Feb 4th.

Indiana Knives is great. If you preorder you will be guaranteed a knife.

Yeah I got in on this. I don't remember the knife but I've ordered from them before, I almost drove to them to get the Cruwear Ayoob. This is actually peace of mind knowing I won't have to worry about it through the work week. I have no problem admitting that I've got hardcore FOMO on this one.

Haha that's wild, I've never hit a level of pre-order to that extent!

That's awesome, I agree. I think I'm going to have to get a second one also, I've waited a long time for this one.

I haven't been this excited for a folder since The Spyderco police 4 in k390.


I see this as a successor to that.

I just put in my second order from a second vendor. The first vendor only allowed one, which I’m glad to see with this popular sprint. I was also VERY glad to hear Spyderco is planning on making 5,000 of each model to help cut down on the fomo and price gouging. There should be plenty for anyone interested in one to pick one up.

I never heard the 5000 number but wow that's maybe like 3 times more than I remember sprint production being back when I paid more attention...
And, with the Para 3 still seemingly readily available, that's a sign that maybe a wider audience may get access just beyond the usual hungry knife nuts clicking refresh on every retailer just to purchase several. And I don't know the statistics myself, but I would have guessed the Para 3 is a higher volume seller than the Military, just being more generally legal/acceptable in a wider range of regions, and also a lower price to grab one.

Just ordered a M2 15v!....what I love about these particular variants besides the amazing heat treat is the Stonewashed finish!
