Mine arrived today. Not disappointed. Spring is well dialed. Color is very nice. It's sharp as all get out.

Seems to me like the ukpk (and slipits) are making a comeback in popularity. Maybe this will lead to more models or more sprints!

Knifeworks got 10 more in today too. Seems like the 50 piece per month factory runs Sal talked about are getting shared out as they come off the line. Mine are on the way too! :D

Bumping this thread because I'm considering the 110 V UK and Urban K390, because of the new law. How do y'all like them?
- best wishes, Jazz.

Carried my UKPK today actually, and played with it a bit because I forgot how great it is. Great size and ergos, and it's so lightweight.

I really like 'em both! I carry my S110V UKPK at work at least once a week. I don't carry the Urban quite as often as I was but it rides in my watch pocket from time to time.

Maybe you can get Sal to make another Wharnie version of the Urban or Wharnie UKPK. ;)

A K390 Urban wharnie would be cool. FRN, of course. My problem there is the choil catching on the things I cut. Partly why the "serious" thread happened. Maybe a Delica wharnie with no opening hole - a dimple instead, like the Roadie. Not as tall of a blade - 2 hander, but locking. Maybe I need to do some drawing.

Anyway, thanks for the replies on the slippies. Strongly considering both. I have the black versions. I just want the blue UKPK, and some K390, perhaps before they're gone.
- best wishes, Jazz.

I highly recommend the UKPK in S110V. I got rid of my Urban because it was just a little too small for my tastes.

I like the urban better, because they are travel knives for me and the k390 holds it's edge better than the s110v. If it was for EDC at home (where I always have access to sharpening gear) I'd probably go with the UKPK for the extra length.

I have both. I like the urban more. But the ukpk might be my recommendation as the size is bigger and the steel is more stainless.

K390 Urban is a fantastic compact slip-it.I like it much more than the UKPK mostly because of the steel and because it's thinner behind the edge. For me the K390 Urban is the perfect city carry.
