Wow I guess it shows that in this economy Spyderlovers are either doing better than average, or Spyderco is above and beyond all others!

OK I realize it is only 300 knives, but it is a fun comparison none the less!

Wow lots of peeps ordering 2.

Mine will be a user. It would be a shame to let such a sweeeet knife die in the box. :)

This is the only knife I have purchased a backup for. I was going to get three, but after showing my wife my Sage, she told me she didn't want one that big.

So I ordered two for myself and she got my Kiwi.

Had a spontaneous lunch date with my gal when my alarm went off reminding me about this. She asked if it was anything important and I swallowed hard and said "no". True love! The second we were done and I kissed her goodbye I ran back to my computer and ordered mine! Whoo!

And thats a good thing. :)
I ended up placing 2 orders.
2nd order getting one for my wife, and one for my daughter.
It was the Purple that did it......... :)

Could be that people know that they can buy 8-10 of them and sell them for $300 each on ebay.

I highly doubt that.

I would also say that anyone that does this shouldn't be doing it. I am pretty sure Spyderco doesn't make money on Forum knives so if someone is going to capitalize on that they should give anything beyond $65 back to Spyderco. :)

I think thats why there is only 87 left, they probably only started with like 150 because of the collectors club.

I am guessing there are less than 100 people in the CC club.
I called at 10:02 Golden time and was the 10th person in line on the phone.

Yeah, but that one is 11 years old and G10.
They did not sell all of them when new at 125.00 each.

Got mine!

How do you check the "in stock" counter? I must have missed something.

Yeah, that's the guy I got my CF Harpy from. He has an over-inflated idea of what that knife is worth too! By the way, that's the second time he has listed it at that price. It didn't sell on the first go around. I hope it doesn't this time either. Waay too much!

I wouldn't say it is too much, its worth what someone will give.
Seeing that it was around 125.00 11 years ago and very hard to find now and with some newer easier to find Spydies going for over 200.00 all the time it is most likely the right price range if someone will pay it.

Answered earlier in thread. Order more than available stock and you get a message changing your order to what is left in stock.
