As my tag line says, I want this knife more then words can say. It would be nice if this knife sells well that we could see different colored handles in the future.

By the time it showed up in the catalog, it would probably be sold out. The H1 Spyderhawk isn't even in there yet, and it's been out for a while now. :D

So there won't be any more Spyderhawks?!!! I just ordered one today and I have to get back to my dealer tomorrow! Is he gonna give me BAD news? I'm seriously unimpressed - not cool.

- best wishes, Jazz.

* Sal said they would do the H1 Spyderhawk in numbers of around 300 SE and 300 PE.

* Sal later said that they have intentions to keep making them unless people stop buying them.

My guess is that if you can't find any you are just between batches. They most definitely are around.

Jazz,

Sorry if I got that across wrong. The Spyderhawks are still going strong. I just meant that updates to the online catalog are not very quick in coming. The H1 Spyderhawk is not in there yet and it has been out (out for sale - not out as in sold out) for a while.

The Ladybug Hawkbill is supposed to be a Sprint run. By the time it got listed in the catalog, IT would probably be sold out!

So if it would be sold out before the catalog, and the catalog is suppose to be out in a couple of months, does that mean that the Ladybug Hawkbill will be out before than?

Am I right in my understanding that the ladybug hawkbill would be Sprint run and only sold through the Spyderco Inc store?

There was a downloadable catalog supplement that had the Spyderhawk as well as several other models. Kristi's announcement is here:

Sorry, I was just using the Spyderhawk as an example. It is regular production and has been available for some time now and yet it is not in the ONLINE catalog yet. I was saying that by the time a Sprint run was listed in the ONLINE catalog, whatever the Sprint run was, IT would most likely be sold out.
