just got one of these in today...nice solid knife, i may have to gift a few of these. Need to spread the spydie love to the uneducated

Curious that they would go with Allen screws rather than Torx like the other models. Good to know as I am waiting on mine in the mail.

I noticed that the Tenacious also uses Allen for the clip. Not really a big fan of Allen screws when they are this small, i.e. 1/16". I suppose something like this is up to the individual manufacture of the knife to decide what type of screws to use.

Last week I showed my Persistence to a friend and asked him what he'd guess on the price. He examined it for a few seconds and then made a guess of $80. When I smiled and told him the actual price, he immediately said he might have to get one. :)
A few days later I showed it to someone who normally carries a BM Osborne. He was impressed and commented on how perfect the size is, mentioned that his normal knife is often bigger than he'd like but the Persistence seems just right for daily carry. And, again, he was very surprised when I told him the price.
This design is going to be a winner for a lot of people.
