Hey RIOT. The Sage sure does look stout. Reminds me a little of a Mini Manix but with CF. Thanks.

Hi Shawn!
Yeah, I am pretty sold on them, so I figure I get a back up one :D They are coming with a different design in the near future.
Best regards

RIOT, do you have an Endura or Native you can compare that Renegade against? I am thinking of buying one I saw online.

Thanks much. They seem to be the same size. Smaller hole though. Is the width the same?

the renegade is just a tad bit longer, the width ? hmmm maybe its thinner than the g10 endura but the same as the FRN, i am assuming though. in quality the endura is hands down alot better, this renegade has got to be the clunkiest spyderco i own, when i heard it was made for the biker crowds it all made sense, it even looks like a biker gang knife, the blade has alot of play from left to right and if i tighten it the blade doesnt come out at all or it takes alot of force even with oil.

RIOT comes through again.
I think the Renegade looks neat but it sounds like it's not for me. I'd still like to own one, but don't want to buy one.
I saw a lightly used Police for sale at $60 shipped. I wonder if that is still available.

depends on what you want, the renegade is rare and the police isnt depending on which one youre talking about. i dont carry the renegade and its for resale later in the years for a profit value, i like the rarety knives that you dont see all the time.
