A question or two
What is the blade thickness on this model.
What is the weight of this knife.
What if any is the purpose of the cutouts in the blade.
Also I figure that cutting edge should be almost exactly 3 inches.

Hi Kristi,
Order emailed. I do have one question.
Will credit cards be charged now or when the knife ships?

Tank,
Cards will be charged after the closing date on 19-Sep. We'll process everything during the last two weeks of Sep.
Take care!

Outstanding. I'll take two. Payment inbound by snail mail.
I know it's been pointed out before, but it deserves repeating. You should NEVER send credit card information by e-mail. E-mail is not secure.

Dialex,
I have been watching your creative ideas for a few years. I think you deserve this honor more than anyone on earth. Even if you had to make some creative concessions along the way, the end product is beautiful!! I will treasure my "Dialex" knives all the more, knowing that you had your hand in the design of it.

You bet I am! I'll hope the engraving will last!
Also, I think I read a comment from Dialex on peanut butter somewhere!

Yep peanutbutter ! i tried to use my yojimbo to spread some jam on my GF sandwich a few days ago. It is NOT designed for that purpose  ! The jar was almost empty though, so that's why i needed 6 tries to get enough on her loaf. :o

Hmmm that sounds like something Hannibal should be saying, kind of like "having an old friend for dinner".
If you want to know true frustration, try getting peanut butter out of the jar and spreading it on soft bread with an original R.
