Hey guys, I'm just wondering if any of you guys use camellia oil for your knives? I know it's great for carbon blades, but how is it for lubrication? I normally use mineral oil because it's food safe. Does camellia oil lubricate better or last longer? One burden I have with mineral oil is it evaporates rather quickly in my experience.
