I am looking at this posting on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221609825496?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
Can't tell if it is real or not. The lack of any identification on the knife is a bit strange.
Is it real or fake Military

I'm not the one with the longest presence here but personally I've never saw a real spydie with no stamping (excluding regrind).
I've vote fake.
I've vote fake.
If it's not polished, call it a saw, not an edge!

That is exactly what's bothering me. I've never saw a Spyderco knife without any kind of stamping, even the experimental model have some kind of Spyderco sign.Laethageal wrote:I'm not the one with the longest presence here but personally I've never saw a real spydie with no stamping (excluding regrind).

It's drilled for a three screw clip, which puts it well after production of the model began. That makes it rather unlikely that it's a prototype. Either the engraving has been removed (regrind) or it was assembled outside the factory from parts, something a certain eBay seller is famous for.
