They were installing extra memory, if I recall correctly. That is a hardware problem, and they may have had extra problems occur as well. For some reason it is taking them longer than anticipated. Fertiliser occurs!!

And the capital of Italy was not constructed in 24 hours.

Just to update things a little. It seems that there has been a server crash at BF. When the memory was installed the server crashed. Replacing the old memory didn't correct the problem. This information has come from Gabe Newell who is the person that supplied the memory chips that were installed. As I learn more I will pass the info on.
