Subscribed thread notification emails are in Chinese??

This is what my subscription notification emails have looked like for the last few days...

Is this some setting I need to change? Or a problem others are having too?

This is the best translation I could manage... pretty weird stuff!

Well, whatever was causing this, it seems to be fixed now. The last email I got was in English, and it made sense too.
