Best Fixed Blade Spydie...

What is the best Fixed Spydie? Let's just say the one that would be universally suitable as a "Jack of all trades."

I do not own one but want a street beat. I have handled one and liked it a lot. The answer to this depends on the application. I want an aqua salt too. I voted other.

I said other because my vote is for the South Fork. Though I only have an s110v mule team, the South Fork looks to be very very nice

Serrata all the way. Very versatile for a wide range of tasks.

Oh yeah. The southfork may be at the top of the heap do to blade steel and grind.

For EDC swick or street beat.

For camping, sorry but Esee. I have never used a serrata or bushcraft.

For fishing, aqua salt.

For game processing, southfork.

For the kitchen, k04 utility.

Not sure how to pick a best without breaking it down by application.

I would have voted Aqua Salt... I'm going to have to go "other".

I will say my two Mules would be mine. Can be easily taylored to your taste with different handle materials and I enjoyed making sheathes for them.

For outdoor's fixed blade, I'd have to say either the Woodlander or Rock Salt.

Kitchen fixed blade is definitely the Santoku.

I originally thought the Mule teams, but my Phil Wilson was laying on the bar beside me and quickly changed my mind. I would have to say the Southfork.

Southfork. "Other" is going to win this poll by a mile I think...and I'd also bet you the vast majority of "others" are Southforks.
