Our national wheather institute just posted a BIG warning that we might be getting heavy snow (5cm / 2&quot<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> this afternoon.
(Which is probably nothing compared to what you are experiencing)

Keep warm!

Thanks for putting things in perspective for me VW, I've been grumbling and cussing the weather here in the Albany NY area, where it's been varying between -10F and +10F for going on three weeks now. Instead I should be thankful, as your's makes ours seem almost balmy by comparison.

VW-

Reminds me of an episode of "The Drew Carey Show", which was set in Cleveland, OH. Drew was freezing, so he opened his door and sprayed an aerosol can while yelling, "Come on global warming!" :D

Is it weird when +15F feels warm? I almost went out without gloves this morning, almost.

Luvbug: I'd be needing a crate of aerisol cans to make any dent, and I'd be frozen by the 2nd can anyways.

deacon: this is the coldest I've seen... before this was jan 99, -53 with windchill(and I had to be out for 2hrs in it doing papers)

boxer: lets see... 15f, about -8 or 9c? that IS tshirt weather. whacha need gloves for?

ted: we have about 2' accumulated so far, I had to make a path at work on sunday night(first one there), pushed 6" off the top of the snowbank with the van.

"-43c(-45.4f) without the wind" Now THAT is crazy. Puts our Michigan weather in prospective.

Sounds like great weather to get out there and reflood the skating rink, you will be able to get three or four coats on in a couple of hours. That is as long as the hose doesn't freeze.
