How are you guys adding avatars?

I tried but it said pic must be between 0-6 kib, whatever that means.

They basically have to be very small sizewise. It's like 6 kilobytes max.

If you can get your image to no more than 90x90 pixels and save as a jpeg, it SHOULD be smaller than 6 kilobytes.

If you want to post the image in this thread, I can post it back to where you can save it and plug it into the forum.
