I thought the manix 2 cruwear sprint had diamond textured grey g10? This 005 on ebay has normal grey g10 w/ no diamond pattern.
Was there another variant or possibly early numbered such as 005 didn't have the diamond pattern cut in the g10?

I think its the lighting of the photo that makes it difficult to see the grooves.
I can faintly see them if I play with the brightness of my monitor.

You're right...I could not see them and now I do...my bad! That's embarrassing :D

The Forum Native is pretty obvious with the dark green.
